Individual Therapy for Adolescents & Adults

Healing often begins in spaces where we feel safe enough to be fully human. Therapy here is collaborative, relational, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll create space to process what feels heavy, explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.

I work with adolescents (16+) and adults navigating:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic self-monitoring

  • Depression and emotional exhaustion
