Hello!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual therapy in Illinois, both in person and virtually.

My path to this work began through my own process of self-discovery and a longing for the kind of support that once felt out of reach. That experience continues to shape the way I practice—with curiosity, care, and respect for the complexity of being human.

My work is rooted in existential and psychodynamic therapy. I’m interested in what lies beneath the concerns that bring you here: how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and others, the patterns that may have developed along the way, and the beliefs you’ve come to carry about how you’re supposed to live.

I believe therapy can offer a space to look at these parts of your experience with greater compassion and clarity. Over time, this kind of exploration can deepen your self-understanding while opening new possibilities for how you want to move forward.

This work is meaningful to me because I believe there is value in being met as you are—without reducing your experience to a problem that needs to be solved.

If you’re feeling that pull, you’re welcome to reach out.
