Individual Therapy: $165 / 50 minutes
Initial Appointment: $175
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, and UnitedHealthcare PPO plans. For all other insurance plans, I am considered out-of-network. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Because coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and coverage before beginning therapy.
Insurance
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will be subject to a $150 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is collected securely through the SimplePractice portal at the time of each session. All major credit cards are accepted.
Payment
Under the No Surprises Act, all private-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. This will be provided before your first session.
