Therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and quiet questions around identity, meaning, and direction.
This is a space to slow down.
Not to fix yourself quickly, but to begin understanding yourself more honestly.
There are moments in life when something begins to feel off.
Subtle yet impactful, it's noticeable.
You might find yourself questioning more.
Thinking more deeply about your relationships, your choices, or the direction your life is taking.
Feeling the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
These moments can feel unsettling.
But they’re often incredibly meaningful.
Therapy with me is an invitation to return home to yourself—to soften the noise of self-doubt, deepen self-trust, honor your agency, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.
